Who We Are
Located in Oxford, Massachusetts, Innovative Edge Processing, Inc. was founded by Gina Wariebi. She began her career in 2002 as a Loan Originator where she started to acquire her in-depth knowledge about the Mortgage Industry. Subsequently, Gina went on to co-found Hilltop Mortgages Services, Inc., located in Auburn, Massachusetts. In her 21 years in the business, Gina has been a Mortgage Advisor, Entrepreneur, and most recently a Loan Processor. She also has received her Underwriting Certificate from the National Association of Mortgage Underwriters (NAMU). She loves the operations side of the Mortgage Business because it provides a fast paced and challenging environment. She is very hands on and pays very close attention to detail.
As a senior loan processor, Gina has experience with all types of loans including conforming, non-conforming, sub-prime, government, USDA, streamline & home equity loans. She works closely with underwriters on clearing conditions to get the loan to close, while resolving any issues that may arise. Gina’s ability to process loans for multiple Mortgage Advisors is credited to her excellent communication skills and strong ability to multi-task. In addition to processing, Gina is passionate about making sure the borrower gets their home and has a pleasurable experience.
In her off time, Gina enjoys spending time with her two children. She volunteers as much as she can at the school and many other places. She loves to bake as a hobby and she is also a part of a processing council to help make changes in the industry for processors and loves to pay it forward.
